A Lamb Weston, Inc. female production department employee alleging subjection to a male supervisor’s unwanted touching and attempt to kiss her roughly a year prior to her discharge can’t proceed on her Washington Law Against Discrimination sexual harassment and retaliation claims, a federal district court ruled, where the incidents were isolated, she didn’t testify of being threatened or humiliated, nor did she provide evidence of causality between her sexual harassment complaint and her firing.
