A Kentucky federal court ruled that AVI Foodsystems, Inc. is entitled to summary judgment on a sexual harassment claim under the Kentucky Civil Rights Act of a female cook who was subjected to unwelcome touching by another female coworker, finding that because AVI banned the coworker from the premises and instructed other employees not to discuss the incident, no reasonable jury could find that AVI failed to take prompt corrective action that was reasonably calculated to end the harassment.
