A Maryland federal court partially denied summary judgment to the Baltimore Police Department on the claims of a female police officer that she faced sexual harassment and was retaliated against for various protected activities, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, ruling that there was sufficient evidence of severe and pervasive harassment behavior, but that the retaliation claims failed for not showing either protected activities or retaliatory adverse employment actions.
