A discharged Shasta Services LLC employee alleging Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, and Pennsylvania law wrongful termination, retaliation and hostile work environment claims is denied an interlocutory appeal because he couldn’t show that controlling questions of law were an issue, or that any of the dismissed claims had substantial grounds for difference of opinion, a federal district court ruled.
