A female Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc. audit supervisor is entitled to a trial on her claim that the company retaliated against her after she repeatedly complained about a male subordinate’s aggressive outbursts when she gave him feedback, a federal district court in New York ruled. Her request that the subordinate be moved to a different supervisor was denied, the court said, and she may be able to show that she was subjected to an adverse employment action because the company’s directive not to assign him any work while an investigation of her allegations was pending significantly increased her workload.
