An Alabama federal district court denied Otey White & Associates’ motion to dismiss a retaliation claim under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act brought by a female director of marketing and public relations who alleged she was constructively discharged after complaining about sexual harassment, finding that the plaintiff sufficiently pled that Otey White was potentially a joint employer with DocRx, Inc. and that her allegations met the pleading standard required at this stage of litigation.
