A Tennessee federal district court denied summary judgment to Rae Products on a retaliation claim under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of a male employee who was allegedly denied a plant wide pay increase and sent home early from a disciplinary counseling session in retaliation for participating in a sexual harassment investigation involving himself as an alleged victim, and claiming retaliation, finding temporal proximity between his protected conduct and the adverse employment actions.
