A Nevada federal district court granted summary judgment to Premium Waters on the claims of a regional director that he was discharged in retaliation for reporting another employee to human resources for engaging in racially discriminatory hiring practices, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, ruling that there was no evidence to suggest that the supervisor who made the discharge decision knew that the regional director was involved in the investigation of the other employee.
