A District of Columbia federal district court denied Fort Myer Construction’s motion to dismiss the claims of an attorney that he was retaliatorily discharged for complaining about racial discrimination within the company, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1981, and D.C. law, ruling that the attorney had sufficiently pled enough facts to suggest that his discharge had been in retaliation for statutorily-protected activity.
