An Illinois federal court partially denied State Farm’s motion to dismiss the claims of a female business analyst that she faced sex discrimination, and retaliation for complaining and for taking statutorily-provided medical leave, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and state law, ruling that she hadn’t exhausted all administrative remedies for her sex discrimination-based claims, but made sufficient allegations to sustain her retaliation claims.
