The 10th Circuit reversed a Kansas federal district court’s grant of summary judgment to St. Catherine Hospital on a doctor’s claims that he was discharged and reported to the state medical board in retaliation for reporting a colleague’s sexual harassment of nurses, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, ruling that there was enough evidence for a jury to determine that a causal connection exists between the doctor’s protected actions and the adverse actions taken by the hospital.
