A Pennsylvania federal district court denied summary judgment to both T-Mobile and a Christian major account executive on her claims that she faced religious discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and state law after she was terminated for refusing to comply with T-Mobile’s Covid-19 vaccination policy, finding genuine disputes of material fact as to whether she objected to the policy due to her religion and whether an accommodation would’ve posed an undue hardship.
