A Georgia federal district court ruled that Georgia Kidney Consultants, LLC is entitled to summary judgment on religion based discrimination claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of a Christian nurse practitioner who was terminated for refusing to receive the Covid-19 vaccine, finding that the practice, which didn’t employ 15 or more employees for each working day in each of 20 or more calendar weeks, wasn’t an employer under Title VII.
