A Pennsylvania federal court denied summary judgment to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia on the claims of a Christian supervisory employee that he was refused an accommodation for his religious beliefs regarding the hospital’s Covid-19 vaccine mandate, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and state law, ruling that there was a genuine material fact dispute as to whether the belief was a sincerely-held religious one, and whether an accommodation would create an undue hardship.
