A New York federal district court denied The Brookdale Hospital Medical Center’s motion to dismiss religious discrimination and retaliation claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and state law by a nurse who alleged she was terminated for not sharing a doctor’s religious beliefs, finding she adequately pled plausible allegations of reverse religious discrimination and retaliation, and that the doctor’s discrimination against her could be attributed to the medical center.
