An Oregon federal district court granted summary judgment to Oregon Health & Science University on the claims of a terminated Christian registered nurse that she was refused an accommodation for her religious objection to a state Covid-19 vaccination mandate, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, ruling that she couldn’t show that there was any reasonable accommodation that the teaching hospital could offer that wouldn’t create a substantial undue hardship.
