Case: Discrimination/Religious Accommodation (D. Neb.)

A federal district court ruled that the Nebraska Urban Indian Health Coalition Inc. is entitled to summary judgment on claims alleging religious discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and state law of a terminated chief financial officer who refused the Covid-19 vaccine, concluding that she never described her religious beliefs and how they were in conflict with being vaccinated.
