The Sixth Circuit affirmed an Ohio federal court’s grant of summary judgment to Southern Ohio Medical Center on a Christian nurse’s claims that she was refused an accommodation for her religious beliefs concerning the medical center’s Covid-19 vaccine mandate, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, ruling that she had refused both vaccination and weekly testing, and that there were no reasonable accommodations that wouldn’t expose patients to harm.
