A federal district court granted in part and denied in part Trane Inc.’s motion for summary judgment on five Black employees’ claims of racial harassment and retaliation in violation of the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination after they filed a race discrimination complaint when their supervisor placed a phone call on speaker in which racial slurs and threats of violence were uttered.
