A Missouri federal district court granted summary judgment to Greenwood Motor Lines, Inc. on race discrimination and retaliation claims under the Missouri Human Rights Act brought by an Black employee who alleged he was suspended and terminated due to his race and in retaliation for filing discrimination charges, ruling that Greenwood never employed him and was not an employer under the MHRA as it did not employ six or more employees in Missouri.
