A Kentucky federal district court denied Harvard Maintenance, Inc.’s motion to dismiss a race discrimination claim under state law of a Black supervisor who alleged that she was terminated for moving a damaged trash bin while White employees weren’t disciplined for serious conduct such as working while drunk, finding that her allegations supported a reasonable inference of discrimination.
