An Indiana federal district court denied General Motors’ motion to dismiss a Title VI of the Civil Rights Act discrimination claim brought by a Black former chassis/final business manager, finding that the manager adequately alleged the elements of a Title VI claim by asserting that GM received federal pandemic funding with the primary objective of providing employment and discriminated against him on the basis of his race when terminating his employment.
