A Pennsylvania federal district court ruled in favor of a 59-year-old Black human resources analyst on race discrimination claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, and race and age discrimination claims under the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act against the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, finding that the Attorney General’s office’s stated reasons for her termination during a restructuring were pretextual and that she was discriminated against based on her race and age.
