Allina Health System is entitled to summary judgment on a Black male registered nurse’s race and national origin discrimination claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and the Minnesota Human Rights Act, a federal court ruled, where a state agency found no probable cause to believe his allegations, his MHRA complaint was time-barred, Title VII claims weren’t supported by evidence of discrimination, and he failed to prove that his discharge for poor performance and untruthfulness was pretext.
