A Missouri federal district court properly granted summary judgment to the Secretary of Veterans Affairs on the Title VII of the Civil Rights Act discrimination claim of a Black supervisory medical support assistant alleging that her supervisor created a racially hostile work environment, where she didn’t produce evidence that being denied training, receiving a negative performance review, and alleged interference with another job opportunity were racially motivated, the Eighth Circuit affirmed.
