MDVIP LLC is entitled to summary judgment on a Black accountant’s claims of race and national origin discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act alleging she was denied training opportunities and a promotion and subjected to a hostile work environment and derogatory comments, a Florida federal district court ruled.
