A federal district court in New York denied Hillside Auto Ave, LLC and Hillside Auto Mall, Inc.’s motion dismiss a pregnant female sales professional’s claims of sex discrimination and pregnancy discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and state law. She alleges that after she announced her pregnancy, the special access that she had to a program to expedite sales was restricted, and her supervisor increased her customers’ average wait times, which reduced her total sales and bonuses, the court said.
