A New York federal district court granted summary judgment to AngioDynamics, Inc. on Equal Pay Act of 1963 and New York Equal Pay Act claims brought by a female Associate Product Manager who alleged she performed work equal to Product Managers but was paid less than male PMs, finding that she failed to identify any specific male comparators, provide evidence of male PM salaries, or sufficiently demonstrate that her work was equal to that of a PM, while remanding her remaining state law claims to state court.
