A Maryland federal district court denied Clean Earth Inc.’s motion to dismiss a female outside salesperson’s wage discrimination claim under the Maryland Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, finding that her allegation that male comparators who met their revenue goal received a 20% commission and overages while she didn’t, was enough to give rise to a reasonable inference that she was paid lower wages than her male comparators.
