The District of Columbia federal district court denied Ad Hoc LLC’s motion to dismiss pay discrimination claims under the Equal Pay Act and the District of Columbia Human Rights Act brought by a Black female accounting manager who alleged she was paid $70,000-$80,000 less than male program managers and denied retention bonuses and promotions they received, finding she sufficiently alleged facts showing the positions required substantially similar skills, responsibilities, and qualifications despite having different job titles.
