A Wisconsin federal district court granted summary judgment to the state’s Health Services agency on the claims of a Black female nuclear safety specialist that she faced a hostile work environment due to her sex and race, and retaliation for complaining, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and Section 1983, ruling that the specialist didn’t show that the mistreatment she faced was due to her sex or race, or that she faced an adverse employment action after complaining.
