A New York federal district court denied Phreesia, Inc.'s motion to dismiss hostile work environment and constructive discharge claims under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act brought by a 58-year-old former sales director/strategic advisor who alleged she experienced age discrimination including ageist comments, demotion, reduced commissions, and exclusion from meetings, finding her allegations sufficiently established that Phreesia altered her work conditions because of age and intentionally created an intolerable work atmosphere forcing her to quit.
