A Georgia federal court declined dismissal of the Title VII of the Civil Rights Act hostile work environment claim of a Daikin Applied Americas, Inc. female former service coordinator alleging sexual harassment by a male coworker and retaliation for complaining, because equitable tolling saved her untimely filed complaint, and a male supervisor’s gender-based comment and the supervisor and coworker’s sexually explicit language directed to her were sufficiently pled to support her claim.
