An Illinois federal district court denied Aquascape’s motion to dismiss the claims of a female program coordinator that she faced a sex-based hostile work environment, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and state law, ruling that the program coordinator sufficiently pled that she was subjected to ostracization, scrutiny, threats, and disciplinary action in the immediate time period after reporting to HR that she had been sexually assaulted by a contractor at the company.
