A New York federal court partially denied Westhampton Primary Care’s motion to dismiss the claims of a mixed race nurse that she faced a hostile work environment due to her race, and retaliation for complaining about the discrimination, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and state law, ruling that there were sufficient facts to allege severe and pervasive conduct regarding both a hostile work environment and retaliation by the care company, though not by individual supervisors.
