A Utah federal district court granted summary judgment to the Neurobehavioral Center for Growth on the race-based hostile work environment claim under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of a mental health therapist intern who alleged that she wasn’t included in office photographs and was called unprofessional, among other things, finding that no overtly or arguably racial remarks were made during her employment and there was no objective evidence linking her treatment with race.
