A Massachusetts federal district court denied Ice House LLC’s partial motion to dismiss hostile work environment claims on the basis of sex and national origin under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and state law of a non-English speaking female of Guatemalan origin who alleged that her supervisor sexually harassed her and made threats of deportation and other immigration-based comments, finding that her supervisor’s actions were subjectively and objectively hostile.
