The Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that Belton Regional Medical Center is entitled to summary judgment on a hostile work environment claim based on age and disability under the Missouri Human Rights Act of an age-protected employee with heart-related issues who alleged that she was terminated due to her age and disability, finding that her refusal to provide a return date from leave was the “determinative influence” for her termination.
