A federal district court in Delaware ruled KBR, Inc. and Technical Staffing Resources, LLC are entitled to summary judgment on age discrimination claims under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and state law of an over-forty year old engineer who alleged that he wasn’t selected for two engineering jobs due to his age, where “cat’s paw” liability wasn’t triggered because the decisionmaker considered input from three separate individuals before deciding not to hire him for the jobs.
