A California trial court wrongly disregarded Charter Communications Inc.'s evidence that a Seventh-Day Adventist job applicant agreed to arbitration as part of its online application process, and the company must get another chance to prove he agreed to pursue his religious bias claims out of court, the California Court of Appeal ruled.
