A discharged employee of BBVA Compass Bank, N.A. failed to exhaust his administrative remedies for his age discrimination claim under the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act because he didn’t file his charge with the Texas Commission on Human Rights until more than ten months after his termination, a Texas appellate court ruled.
