A Texas federal court grants in part and denies in part Taylor Farms Texas, Inc.'s motion to dismiss a Hispanic male, age-protected production supervisor’s claims of race, national origin and age discrimination and wrongful termination, finding his state law claims are time-barred because he filed them beyond the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act’s 180-day deadline, but that his federal law discrimination and wrongful termination claims were timely filed on the last day of a statutory period.
