The Department of Veterans Affairs is entitled to summary judgment on the Title VII of the Civil Rights Act religious discrimination claim of a former probationary therapeutic radiologic technologist denied a religious exemption from a Covid-19 vaccination and testing mandate, where she didn’t show that two other unvaccinated employees were outside of her protected class, and terminating her for vaccination noncompliance is a legitimate and non-discriminatory reason, an Ohio federal district court ruled.
