A federal district court granted summary judgment in favor of AuburnBank on claims made by two terminated female employees, both over the age of 40, alleging discrimination, retaliation, and harassment in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Alabama Age Discrimination in Employment Act.
