A Puerto Rico federal district court granted the United States Postal Service’s motion for summary judgment on a 53-year-old city carrier’s claims of age discrimination and a hostile work environment in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act alleging his supervisor made negative age-related comments and his route was given to a younger employee while he was on leave.
