A Wisconsin federal district court partially denied summary judgment to Caine Transfer, Inc. on the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and state law claims of a 62-year-old dispatcher that he was discharged due to his age and faced misrepresentation of his job security, ruling that while his state law claims couldn’t be upheld, the dispatcher had presented enough evidence to suggest that Caine Transfer’s proffered reasons for the discharge were pretext for age discrimination.
