A Florida federal district court denied Mediterranean Shipping Company (USA) Inc.’s motion to dismiss age discrimination claims under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and Florida law of a 64-year-old collections and freight cashier manager who alleged that he was falsely accused of sexual harassment to justify his termination, finding that his additional allegations, including that younger employees weren’t disciplined for similar conduct, were sufficient to support his claim.
