A discharged Black warehouse employee for Kinsley Construction Inc., alleging that he was regularly subjected to racial slurs, is entitled to a trial on his claims of race discrimination and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, a federal court ruled.
