A New York federal district court mostly granted Bowlero Corp.'s motion to dismiss the claims of 76 bowling center employees over 40 years old that they were discharged due to their age or in retaliation for opposing age-related hiring practices, in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, ruling that most of the employees’ claims were either time barred, or could no longer be corrected, but that eight plaintiffs sufficiently pled their claims under the statute.
