A District of Columbia federal district court granted summary judgment to the U.S. Department of Justice, on the claims of a contract attorney alleging she was terminated because of her race, gender, and age, in violation of Title VII and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, as she couldn’t show that her workload was significantly reduced compared to her co-workers leading up to her dismissal, and she couldn’t show that the DOJ’s reasons for termination were pretext for discrimination.
